We are looking for an experienced Registered Dietician to complete activity of the reimbursement hub program to which the employee is assigned.  Answering calls, including providing nutrition and nutritional food product-related educational information to callers, using manufacturer approved call guides/materials; will include performing program enrollment and follow up and adherence processes, conducting research pertaining to patients’ insurance coverage and alternative resource program eligibility for specified products. Conducting adherence activities that may include strategies for keeping patient on therapy.  Support staff regarding product and disease state information. May include interaction with senior level client contacts. May also include handling of escalated issues.

JOB NATURE:Office based or Remote work desk position, Call center phone work and computer usage.
JOB SUMMARY:Completing activity of the hub program to which the employee is assigned. Answering calls, including providing nutrition and nutritional food product-related educational information to callers, using manufacturer approved call guides/materials; will include performing program enrollment and follow up and adherence processes, conducting research pertaining to patients’ insurance coverage and alternative resource program eligibility for specified products. Conducting adherence activities that may include strategies for keeping patient on therapy. Support staff regarding product and disease state information. May include interaction with senior level client contacts. May also include handling of escalated issues.
JOB DUTIES:Including, but not limited to, the following:
• Assist callers/clients with moderate to complex inquiries regarding product and disease related-nutritional topics
• Manage patient cases and interact with patients, caregivers, healthcare providers, and pharmaceutical and biotech manufacturer teams
• Review and resolve product and related usage questions
• Identify, assess and implement patient/caregiver adherence support; strategies for remaining on therapy
• Document all activities in program database within required timelines
• May include acting as contact for key accounts or sales team
• Prepare and/or assist with reports as requested including adverse event and product complaint reports
• Participate in meetings that may include client personnel, or host conference calls with client contacts as required by program guidelines and/or upon management request
• Complete quality monitoring and quality assurance activities, as assigned
• Complete work as assigned on time, in accordance with management’s guidelines, client requirements, etc.
• May travel to and attend client meetings, off site training, and/or conferences - travel time estimate: 10%.
TRAINING, EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE:At Minimum:
• Must be 18 years old or older.
• Minimum Bachelor’s degree and Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR)
• Four years minimum relevant health care experience
• Background check – signed agreement form prior to performance of check required
• Exhibit proficiency in Microsoft Office products.
• Excellent customer service skills (call center experience preferred).
• Advanced problem solving, research and analytical skills.
• Advanced communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Data entry accuracy required.
• Ability to multi-task and manage time independently.
• Client interaction experience preferred.
